Eco Venao: Reforestation & Lodging

The Deck

Please check out our Yoga and Retreats page for an up-to-date schedule of what’s going on on the deck. We now have activities 6 days in the week. The classes are super popular with both guests and neighbors. Ariel, from New York is offering full body massages  in the afternoon, whilst Ana Lisa from Italy offers a rejuvenating face massage. Either can be on the deck or in the comfort of your own room.

We have also updated our retreat schedule so please do take a look and see if there is anything that tickles your fancy.

Restaurante Boboré

Just to let you all know that Eco Venao is proud to present Restaurante Boboré. Already very popular, Boboré serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Try the delicious french toast for breakfast, lunch is usually a set local dish and things get fancy at dinnertime! You won’t regret ordering a Paella. Aldo has put a Panamanian twist on the Spanish classic by using artisanal sausage from Las Tablas together with locally caught Prawns. yum yum

Much fun

Well it was a great weekend. The kids from Cañas had a wonderful time on Saturday – such a shame their teacher didn’t make it happen on Sunday. The shenanigans were rounded off fittingly on Tuesday evening (also my son’s first birthday) by a really fun performance down on the yoga deck by Dag and Tove who have now left after a long residency here. I promise to post some pics soon. Thanks to all the dancers/performers/organizers involved. Peace and contact.

Dancing this weekend

A little reminder – this weekend promises to be really fun. Ela Spalding will be hosting Body Awareness and Contact Improvisation workshops, Yoga and Kids Acrobatics sessions. She will have Tove, Dag, Patrick, Libba and Sarah in the mix. They will take place in front of the beach on our beautiful deck. Check out our retreats section for more info (including schedule)  on this – it’s at the bottom of the page. Hope you can make it.

Welcome

Hello everyone. Nico here. This is my brand new blog area of our brand new website. I really hope you enjoy the site and also the blog. I will use it to discuss all things Eco Venao, let you know what’s going on here and what we are about. For now, please do check out our new site. It’s been revamped big time. Some of the new features include a webcam (above), lots of pictures and, of course, this blog. I hope to be blogging every week. Bye for now. Cheers
